Booking Policy*

Thank You For Considering To Book With Dream Wigs Coll., It is highly appreciated! These are a few guidelines to help maintain an effective, efficient appointment.
  • If you are booking for "wig construction" please drop hair off on time. All wigs are made with perfection for longevity and customer satisfaction, so please expect 3-7 business days for construction, depending on what the service may be (custom color, custom bleach) and my schedule. Please consider others that have appointments as well.
  • Do not bring low quality (synthetic) hair/closures/frontals. Frontals and closures must be customizable and full lace (4x4, 5x5,6x6,7x7,13x4,13x6 etc.) is accepted. Low quality(synthetic hair) is prohibited, for personal preference, and better end results.
  • When dropping off reused hair, please make sure it is washed properly, no product build-up, and in good condition. (if hair needs restoration please inform me ahead of appointment date, this will be an extra $25 fee.)
  • Do not bring deep wave/tightly curled bundles to be straightened.
  • Do not bring wet hair.
  • Do not bring lace that has been cut to be re-installed, unless it was cut by me.
  • Be sure that hair is properly washed after being colored or bleached(if hair is tangled or unable to be brushed thoroughly after coloring or bleaching, your bundles have product build up in them) if hair needs to be washed there will be an extra fee of $15.
  • Do not bring wig unit to be taken apart and redone, be sure that bundles are already removed from wig cap.
  • A non-refundable deposit of $20 must be paid when booking an appointment, this reserves your appointment slot. Remaining fees must be paid on the day of pick-up using cash or credit card.
